A series of painted birdhouses created for local arts organization “We Make PDX”. For a number of years they ran a competition for artists to create their own unique birdhouses to then be auctioned off for charity. The top two birdhouses seen below won the “Peacock Award” for best use of illustration.

BOXES OF DEATH

Painting included in the traveling group exhibition "Boxes of Death" sponsored by Juxtapoz Magazine. The show featured 50 artists, and each artist was given the same small wooden coffin frame and told to interpret the theme of death as they saw fit.

It travelled the westcoast, being shown at the following galleries:
